We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our SaaS inside sales team who is ready to dive in and learn the market and our products to solve real needs with solutions help clients stay in compliance and add value, time and savings for our end users.

  • A small/medium sized business or department within a company
  • Regulated by industry and government compliance requirements for overtime and payroll
  • Highly distributed with its workforce in and out of the office in multiple locations
  • Companies looking to save time and money through better time and attendance policies
  • Role Description:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for selling and demonstrating SwipeClock products including WorkforceHUB, ApplicantStack, TimeSimplicity and TimeWorksPlus workforce management solutions.

This is a “closer” role for an experienced SAE with 2+ years experience selling software or IT solutions. Target industries include small, medium-to-large clients.

in: Information Technology, Manufacturing, Loyalty, Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, Financial Services, Retail banking, Healthcare, Restaurant, Food Services, Retail and many others.

The successful candidate must have experience with daily transactional sales as well as know when to strategically pivot to a larger more complex sales process. Candidates must be able to manage a daily close funnel and be able to move more complex sales through a 30-45 day sales cycle. SAE’s will work with warm leads that need to be further qualified into opportunities that can range from fast transaction same day closes to more complex sales. You should be the top producer at your current job and should be known for your consultative selling style. Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years experience as a quota carrying sales representative in software or a field selling complex products or services
  • Can verbally demonstrate how to social sell using social media platforms
  • Documented history of being a top performer by navigating complex sales
  • Strong consultative or process background and ability to lead people in discussions to uncover needs and prioritize requirements
  • Commanding knowledge of value-based and solutions selling
  • Experience managing a high volume sales pipeline through Salesforce.com
  • Experience commanding demonstrations using GoToMeeting.
  • Self-starter with a solid work ethic
  • Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences, negotiation, and purchasing processes
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong verbal communications, written and presentation skills
  • BS/BA or equivalent proven experience

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience ranging from $60,000 - $70,000, plus an unlimited commission plan based upon performance. We also offer outstanding benefits packages including health, dental, vision, 401k and more.
