What Will You Be Doing?
Google Analytics Management:
- Manage the setup, configuration, and optimization of Google Analytics (GA4) to accurately track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
- Implement best practices for Google Tag Manager, ensuring consistent tagging and event tracking.
- Create regular reports on website performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance our digital strategy.
Marketing Platform Data Integration:
- Integrate data from all marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and SEO tools.
- Connect all marketing platforms to enable holistic performance tracking and attribution.
- Lead initiatives to centralize data from multiple channels for comprehensive analysis.
Website Performance Optimization:
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance user experience and drive engagement, lead generation, and sales.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and site effectiveness.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide in-depth reports on campaign performance, website metrics, and audience insights to support marketing decisions.
- Develop custom dashboards and automated reports for timely access to key data.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends and highlight improvement opportunities.
SEO and SEM Analytics:
- Oversee SEO and SEM campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities in visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Track keyword performance, conduct backlink analysis, and provide technical SEO insights.
- Work with content and paid media teams to ensure data-driven alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and development teams to align data-driven initiatives.
- Help stakeholders identify KPIs and optimize marketing investments and ROAS.
- Serve as the primary contact for external data vendors/partners.
Data Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Implement data governance standards to maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in marketing data analytics, focused on digital platforms and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing platform integrations.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and website optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and marketing data handling best practices.
